Donna JoynsonElite Secretarial Support provides Executive Support and Concierge Services to individuals and businesses alike.

There are two main reasons Elite Secretarial Support has been set up.

The first reason is to enable Donna to utilise and exploit her vast range of skills and experience to maximum effect. Donna has worked as an Executive Assistant at Director level for more than twelve years and as a senior administrator for more than ten years. These roles range from a sales negotiator in Mallorca, to a personal assistant in Lisbon, to an executive assistant in Ellesmere Port.

Some of the companies Donna has worked for include Meyer Prestige Ltd, Abitibi Bowater Inc, Thomson Tour Operations, First Choice Holidays, Airtours, Nationwide Building Society and Engel & Volkers.

Donna has lived and worked in Mallorca, Tenerife, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura and Lisbon for half of her adult life. Being fluent in Spanish has meant that Donna has made lots of local friends and professional contacts during her time in Spain.

The second reason Donna set up Elite Secretarial Support is to give companies the opportunity to have access to an experienced administrator/personal assistant as and when they need help. This can be much more cost effective than employing someone on a full time basis.

Donna believes that this kind of partnership will benefit both parties.

Donna enjoys and embraces a challenge and likes change. Having her own business gives her the opportunity to use her skills to full capacity, not only for the benefit of her clients but also to feel a sense of personal achievement.

In her spare time, Donna enjoys teaching Spanish, latin dancing, eating out (especially in Spanish restaurants) going to the theatre and of course, travelling.

Her big passion are her two shih tzus, Tito and Peluche, who are very pampered and definitely have her under their paws!
