These Terms and Conditions apply to all assignments undertaken by Elite Secretarial Support.


  1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

  2. Elite Secretarial Support reserves the right to up-date or to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is therefore your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions on a regular basis for any changes.

  3. A signed agreement must be completed before commencement of work as agreed by both parties. This agreement will serve to indicate that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. This agreement will include the hourly rate agreed by both parties.

  4. The Agreement may be terminated with 30 days written notice by either party.

  5. Client details held by Elite Secretarial Support will remain confidential and will never be available to third parties without permission from the Client.

  6. Elite Secretarial Support will not disclose or use any confidential information in respect of the business of the Client. The Client will receive a Confidentiality Agreement before the commencement of work.

  7. Elite Secretarial Support reserves the right to refuse work if deemed to be illegal or immoral.

  8. It is the responsibility of the Client to specify their deadline for completion of any assignment.

  9. Responsibility for final inspection of the completed work lies with the Client. Any errors should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. Any error or omission generated by Elite Secretarial Support will be corrected free of charge. Any other correction or addition will be charged at the normal rate.

  10. Completed work will be returned to the Client via email, first class post, or special delivery in accordance with the Clients’ requirements.

  11. All work will remain on file for a period of six months after which time it will be deleted/destroyed unless specifically instructed otherwise by the Client.

  12. All incoming e-mails, attachment, files and disks are scanned for viruses. Any documents which appear to be “suspect” will remain un-opened and deleted.

  13. Elite Secretarial Support will scan all outgoing e-mails and attachments for viruses but cannot accept any responsibility for any transmitted viruses.

  14. Our computer system is virus and password protected. We would encourage all clients to use a secure method of transportation to Elite Secretarial Support such as via courier or recorded delivery.

  15. If for any reason work is suspended or cancelled by the client, Elite Secretarial Support is entitled to payment for work carried out plus any expenses incurred.


  1. Elite Secretarial Support charges a minimum hourly rate of £20.00, $30.00, €25.00.

  2. A minimum of 1 hour is charged, thereafter time is rounded up to 15 minute increments.

  3. Elite Secretarial Support may request a 50% deposit from a new Client prior to commencement of work.

  4. Quotations for specific projects will be made on the basis of information supplied by the Client.

  5. Elite Secretarial Support reserves the right to submit a revised quotation should the Client change their original requirements either before or after the commencement of the assignment.

  6. Any additional expenses such as stationery, printing, packaging, postage, phone calls, travel, etc. on behalf of the Client will be charged at cost and invoiced accordingly.

  7. Elite Secretarial Support reserves the right to increase prices with prior written notice to all existing Clients.


  1. An invoice will be submitted to the Client with the completed assignment.

  2. Payment terms are strictly seven days from the date of the invoice.

  3. Any late payment will incur interest being charged at the rate of 10% per month on outstanding balances. We would like to avoid taking any action against a client for non-payment.
